it is located on a newer part of town as what we have been told. the result was it doesnt have a lot of neighbors. it does have a convenience store, a cafe, a restaurant and a souvenir shop but not much else for people looking for nightlife. the hotel itself is modern, clean, and simple. a weird thing is that its lobby is located on the third floor. it can be confusing for first time guests. the beds were one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in. really really cozy. the rooms were cleaned spotless as with the restroom. this is the first time i have read a notice in the bathroom that said the hot water can only last 30 mins at a time. its was nice they mention that and not just turn the hot water off suddenly after 30 mins. the breakfast was average, not much to look forward to except the coffee which was good. the wifi was fast, and there are over 200 tv channels with both korean and international channels which impressed us. good place overall.

this hotel is quite new but the location is not really strategic. it is not convenient for those solo traveller that came for free and easy tour as it is not really near to the town. this hotel cater more to travel agent group which basically consist of Chinese and Indonesia guests. it us quite noisy with the group sometime. however, the cafe and convenient store downstairs is 24 hours so please buy something before 12am 🙂

The main reason for us to choose this hotel is because it provides a clean spacious 3-persons room at a reasonable price. The hotel by itself is very good - bright, clean and spacious room, quiet, good amenities. Yet the main downside is its location, especially if you don’t drive. About 20 minutes bus ride from Jejusi. After getting off from the bus, one has to walk for about 10 minutes, passing through narrow streets. There are a few small supermarkets and good small|local eateries (selling good kimbap etc.) nearby. At night time, in view of the dark narrow streets, we took taxi after getting off from the bus. Most of the staff speak little English but do try to be helpful. The rating for this hotel can be “Very Good”. Yet after discounting the location factor, I rated it as “Good”. If you are going to drive and depending on where you want to go, still a good value for money choice in Jeju.

The room is like the traditional Korean apartments. There's also a mini-kitchen, but no utensils available though, even if you ask from the concierge. The full-sized fridge and freezer comes in handy to store the goods you buy from the mart downstairs. You also get your own wifi router inside the room. The only bumps we encountered: the hot water in the shower is only available for 30 minutes continuous use and breakfast not so great. Downstairs there's a convenience store, cafes and restaurants, and a small grocery and black pig restaurant across the street.

We stayed in Avillos for 4 days and were very impressed. The place offers a great budget alternative to the hotels offered to tourists. The beds were comfortable and the room was everything you could reasonably expect for the price paid. However, the real quality at Avillos is their staff; nothing was too much hassle for them. We had been misled by a booking agency that we would have a room with a kitchen, they didn't have one available so instead brought us a pair of electric jobs, pans, bowls, chop sticks and spoons. When we needed a cardboard box they went to the local shop for us to get one. Friendly insights about visiting locations etc. The location of this place makes it only suitable for exploring the attractions on the northern part of the island (and for this reason I've rated it four stars). There is a shop, coffee bar and markets nearby too. I would definitely go back!

Lots of room to move about and there's a built in fridge. Toilet is clean though there's no bathtub, only a shower. Basic soap and shower cap provided and the hotel restaurant serves palatable meals. Super comfortable for tourists on tour overall.|🏆Highly Recommended

It is a nice serviced apartment in jeju. Nice design, very clean, got sink in the room, free wifi in room. But the locations is not really close to the city and I found it hard to get a taxi at night around this services apartment.

This is a modern and contemporary hotel. It's quite a new hotel in Jeju Island, Korea.||||The hotel room is quite big and come with comfortable bed and contemporary furniture such as flat TV, fridge, hot air and etc. It's clean and tidy.||||The hotel come with free Wifi and fast. The reception staff was moderate due to language barrier.||||Hotel breakfast was buffet style and more to English style.||||Surrounding of the hotel was quite a night and there are food and convenience store around, ||||A good gateway to Jeju Island, Korea.
