TV도 크고 여러 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져있네요
드라이어 고대기 주전자 충전기까지...
주차장도 널찍하고...
근데 좀 더 청결했으면 좋겠어요

The hotel is immaculate and very nicely designed! We stayed in the 'Abbey Road by The Beatles'' room which is amazing! Breakfast was ok - a minimum amount is prepared. We were a group of 5, and there was enough for perhaps 3. We did ask for more eggs (all hard-boiled) and more toast, but didn't get it. There is a metro station directly in front of the property which is very convenient! Overall, the stay was comfortable and good, however, the only thing that annoyed me (and the rest of the group) was reception. Oddly, the reception is behind a tiny steel grid which makes you feel like you're trying to communicate with a bank clerk - very impersonal and uninviting. Furthermore, all staff in the hotel, especially the receptionist, speak ZERO English which is quite frustrating. In this day and age, all international hotels ought to have someone who can communicate in English. Recommended for cool rooms, design and location, but not for service.

Wonderful Standard room features: very comfortable bed with water heated mattress top and feather pillows; beautifully tiled bathroom with clean jacuzzi tub and excellent washing products as well as a range of lotions. A great Bluetooth speaker and lighting options with simple switches. There were other thoughtful features such as contact lens products available for when you forget.

The room was extremely clean.

Upon arrival, I realised I’d accidentally booked for the wrong night. The online site I booked the room with would not let me change nights or refund, however the hotel let me change the date and pay the difference - wonderful 🙂

There were only 2 minor drawbacks: the reception is a motel style hatch which is impersonal and breakfast is basic. That being said, there’s coffee and lemon water available all day.

Facilité d'accès, au pied de la station de métro "Children's hall", ligne 3. Belles chambres, bien équipées. Personnel serviable et aidant, parlant peu anglais.||Par contre, peu d'espace pour le petit déjeuner (une table pour 8/10 personnes max) et peu de choix.

I booked a trip through amex to this hotel and they actively avoided calls because amex would speak english. They also actively avoided amex’s calls because they didn’t want to refund our hotel even though it was within their policy’s guidelines to do so. The owner of the hotel is a crook and plays these tactics especially against foreigners who have a tough time contacting them through the english agency or by themselves as english speakers.
