I came here for my visa related and they did their job very well. I saw a lot of foreigners here but the staffs solved the problems very quick, they can’t speak fluent English but just some simple sentences will be okay with them. You have to schedule online before coming, parking is hard to find so taking public transportation is the best idea. There are no coffee shops nor restaurants around this area, just only one coffee shop in the basement.

BE CAREFUL!!!!
The man in his 30s who works on the 1st floor at the information center stole 5,000 KRW from me by saying, “I will help you pay for the reissuance of your ARC.” It was my first time doing this, so of course I trusted someone who works in a government office like the Immigration Office!
While I was taking new photos in the photo booth, I gave him the money so he could pay at the ATM and get the receipt, which is essential for the new ARC.
Eventually, I noticed that the receipt showed the payment was actually 5,000 KRW less than what I gave him, but by then I was already about to hand my documents to another officer.
I didn’t make a scene, but I am truly shocked that someone who works in an organization that is supposed to protect people’s rights would do the opposite.

The employees working there are not the nicest ppl on earth, but I believe they are dealing with so many as**h**les every day that I can understand them. They are pretty fine with me because I make the effort to speak to them in Korean. They are pretty efficient in their job, and that's all I'm asking for.
Have your documents ready, don't make a fuss, respect the rules, dont cut the lines, and everything will be alright 🙂

I would like to give a special thanks to ROK Incheon Immigration Office for giving my Balinese niece to get her second chance to extent her C-3-9 Visa.

Dina, was suffering from neurological disorder and must get intensive treatments from the Ilsan Hospital for a quite long time.

“Dear ROK Immigration Officer, Ms. Ye Ji Nah, I really don’t know how to thank you enough for approving my niece’s visa extension.

You believed us and help us in every way possible. I know it’s very hard to get a Korean visa for a young and unmarried Balinese woman.”

Staff is good and have patience to deal with no korean speakers too.. in my experience are much better than the staff at Seoul immigration office..
